Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Arondo (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Arondo (“Arondo,” “we,” “us”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an agency or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and do not share them. Notify us immediately at arondo@arondoworld.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed or hosted travel agent to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable travel industry regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam) to travelers
  • Misrepresent your identity or your clients’ information
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it

4. Subscription and Billing

Arondo offers the following public plans: Explorer (free forever, 1 active trip, 50 AI calls/month), Starter ($49/month), and Pro Verified ($79/month, 30-day free trial). Founding Cohort members (the first 30 agents) receive permanent free access at $0/month.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months. Arondo reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days’ written notice to your registered email address.

A processing fee of 4% + $0.30 applies to payments collected through Arondo Pay (Stripe Connect). A $10 flat cancellation fee is recorded as an agent obligation when a flight booking is cancelled through the platform.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Arondo includes AI-assisted features (“Airro”) that generate itineraries, payment summaries, client communications, and other content. All AI output is a draft for agent review — it is not professional legal, financial, or travel advice and may contain errors.

The agent is solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before it is shared with clients.Arondo makes no warranty that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. This mirrors the disclaimer language in the Airro·Concierge feature: “AI does the research. You make the call.”

6. Client Data

You retain ownership of your clients’ data. By uploading client information to Arondo, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your clients have consented to their data being stored and processed in connection with your travel services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and which processors we use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Arondo platform, including its software, design, and AI models, is owned by Arondo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent. Content you create within the platform (itineraries, trip notes, service agreements) remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arondo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Arondo in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting arondo@arondoworld.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activity that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
